It must be uploaded to Youtube then you submit it to this group channel:

The title of the video must be DISNEYMEDIAONLINE – then your preffered title, eg:
DISNEYMEDIAONLINE – Seb loves Miley. etc.
In your video description you MUST have the city and country you live in (you don’t need to write your address, just the city and country), and your age.
In the video you must show yourself, whether it be a voice, video, or like the picture above!
IF YOU DON’T FULFILL THESE RULES, YOUR ENTRY WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED!

Um… Just one question: How did you get the Demi Lovato T-shirt? I’ve been trying to purchase it, but I think it’s not available… I’m not sure!
mm well we havn’t purchased it yet, but we will probably buy it from the site.
I’ve tried it on the site, but it didn’t work. Like when you search it you just find the other people’s shirts.
